Now That's Funny
Back in the day, while all the other ten year old boys were sneaking Playboys and Penthouses into their bedrooms, Mark was guiltily giggling under his covers peeping at National Lampoon and Mad Magazine. Although most of those brain cells have long since expired, Mark seems to recall the very first words he put to page were his juvenile attempts to mimic the insanely clever and funny prose he discovered while regularly mining those publications.
Though Mark is no more mature today than he was at ten, he likes to believe his humor has evolved along with his taste in beer, morphing from the Old Style end of the scale to something more along the lines of a craft brew. Shaped by the works of Dave Barry and PJ O'Rourke, Mark's current brand of humor takes many shapes and forms, including a couple comedic screenplays, the Onion-esque rants in his blog (see link above), and several longer works in progress including:
